5 Year back this relationship of Mahagun started, when I booked my flat in Mahagun Moderne sector-78 noida. Evenif project got delayed by 3 year, we trusted that, sooner or later they will deliver(thinking about all reputation of brand name).
Actual color started showing when I got my possesion letter. And Believe me I have experience with other professional builder( for e.g. Shriram Properties). This Mahagun services, here I want to emphesies on customer interaction and escalation channel are worst I have ever seen.
it started with, where they were convincing me to aishwaryasingh23 all part aishwaryasingh23ement delay interest, but mahagun could not aishwaryasingh23 project delay penality. with so much of hassels and tension full discussion finally Mahgun representative agreed to aishwaryasingh23 me partial delay penality.
Person like me really want to avoid long term fights. So I agreed.
that day was 29-Sep-2015. I was told that in three days I will get possesion booklet signed. and same day delay penality cheque also.
Of course, not hard to guess till now even after 24 days of completion of all formality from my-side( all money paid, all documentation done) I have not received cheque. and the reason which I get to hear is "some weied account peoblem, which Mahagun does not reveal".
with 20-24 days of follow up(every day, sometime every hour), today I got my possesion booklet signed, but unfortunately my father name is wrongly mentioned all over booklet.
This put me into the situation where I really don’t know how to get it corrected,
Since "handingover@mahagunindia.com" and "customercare@mahagunindia.com" email id their representative don’t responsd. I have some relationship representative assigned but they don’t lift the call. And Hence I felt to tell to other people about it over mouthshut.
when you select the real estate project, please aishwaryasingh23 some attention about the staff which builder deploy towards their customer" rather some Robotouchnd belief about brand.
if my review helps even few persantage of janta, I would feel sucessfull.
I understand it is hard to find ethics and professionalism in real estate business, but I am doubtfull how Mahagun is mAnasultanged to keep their Brand name high.
